Ecosystem Projects

Our culminating task for our Interactions in the Environment Science Unit was the creation of an ecosystem.  Look carefully at the pictures below, can you identify the biotic and abiotic factors?  Do you see any predator / prey relationships?   One of these ecosystems is completely edible.  Can you guess which one?

 
 
 
 
 

Girls Basketball - CHAMPIONS!

Paper Bag Characters

My class was very excited to complete the Paper Bag Character Assignment that I found in Jen Runde's  Literary Elements Resource Binder.  My class loved the idea of fitting their report on a paper bag.   Many also decided to dress up for their oral presentation.  Presented here we have Medusa from The Lightning Thief, Draco from Harry Potter, Hillary from The Help and Junie B. Jones  Can you guess who is who?
